Dr Misfit - Pete with Dan - Guitar, Glyn - Drums and Glen - Bass

| Pete has been for the past twenty years, courted by many rock and blues bands eager to find a front man/singer of his class and pedigree. Whilst he would have undoubtedly given tremendous performances for these bands, he sadly found little enjoyment from the material being executed. So when finally the right opportunity presented itself, Pete seized it and with the help of the original band members he formed Dr Misfit to perform "high energy rhythm and blues" Dr Feelgood style. | | | | Prior to Dr Misfit, he had notable attachments to some quality bands. Indeed he performed regularly with Strange Brew the first incarnation of the now well known blues band - Just Blues. Automatic Slim is another slick rhythm and blues outfit to which Pete has been associated. Tim Aves, their singer and front man, gave Pete the inspiration to perform in his own inimitable and outrageous way. Here follows a bit of an eyebrow raiser, apparently he was also a roadie for country band Chaparel - it is unclear how long he remained in this post as it is rare to see Pete lifting so much as a microphone cable! | | | | For those of you who have seen him, it cannot be denied he certainly has a natural talent to sing with the power, grit and energy required for the style of music we play. In fact he does have excellent tonal variety, being able to sing beautifully and with feeling in so many other styles. |
| | | Pete plays harmonica pretty well too, and is an essential element of the band's sound and act. |
